This project at Leedon Green exemplifies an exceptionally disciplined, professional approach to modern luxury and spatial harmony, defined by a restrained palette of book-matched marble, warm fluted timber, and champagne-gold accents. Every element within the open-plan layout is intentionally curated to optimize visual flow, resulting in an environment that feels expansive, cohesive, and deeply refined.
Bespoke carpentry plays a pivotal role in unifying aesthetic form with architectural utility throughout the living and dining zones. The living area is anchored by a dramatic book-matched marble feature wall framed by soft, integrated LED backlighting and vertical fluted wood paneling, creating a captivating focal point. In the dining area, custom full-height cabinetry with champagne-gold trim and an illuminated niche provides seamless storage, while a dark fluted timber partition wall with an integrated serving window gracefully defines the kitchen space without compromising light or connectivity.
Lighting design is executed with precision, pairing statement sculptural chandeliers with multi-layered cove lighting to amplify spatial volume and highlight rich material textures. Finished with plush boucle dining chairs, tailored cream upholstery, and polished marble flooring, the residence delivers an enduring sense of comfort and understated elegance—a sophisticated interpretation of contemporary urban living.
